Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds, cancellations, and billing errors are handled for IterDone paid plans.
Last updated: September 20, 2026
The short version: you can cancel a paid plan any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are decided one case at a time — there is no automatic refund and no automatic “no” — and that is true for monthly and annual plans alike.
1. Cancelling
A company Owner or Admin can cancel a paid plan from the workspace's Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals. When you cancel a paid plan, your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. After that period ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted, and your data remains available to you.
2. How refund requests are decided
We look at each refund request on its own facts: what was charged, when, why you're asking, and what happened in your workspace. We do not apply a fixed refund window, and we do not treat annual plans differently from monthly ones — a request is never approved or rejected only because of a date. We aim for the outcome that is fair to you and sensible for us, so very small charges are simply refunded, and larger ones get a closer look.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same period, tell us as soon as you notice. These are the clearest cases: include the invoice number and we will review and correct the charge.
4. How to request a refund
A company Owner or Admin can open the Request a refund form from the workspace's Billing page, pick the invoice, and describe what happened. Nothing is refunded automatically: every request is reviewed by a person on our team, within up to 10 business days, and we will email you the outcome. If you'd rather not use the form, email [email protected] with your workspace name and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually sort it out faster directly. If a dispute is opened, we review it the same way as a refund request.
6. Relationship to the Terms and Privacy Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with the “Fees” section there. Financial records we must keep for tax and dispute purposes are described in our Privacy Policy. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
