The sprint is a list
Scope it to the two weeks. Switch between board, table, timeline and workload of the same tasks. No export to a burndown spreadsheet.
For software teams
Two weeks, a backlog, a standup. IterDone does not add a second sprint product. A list scoped to the sprint, story points on the task, a WIP cap on the board, dependencies on the timeline, and a goal that rolls up as work closes.
Scope it to the two weeks. Switch between board, table, timeline and workload of the same tasks. No export to a burndown spreadsheet.
Story points live on the task. A numeric goal on the list rolls them up as work moves to done. "How's the sprint" is a number, not a gut-check.
Draw the line on the timeline. When the upstream task slips, it is visible before someone says "oh, that's waiting on auth" in the room.
Cap In Progress at four. The fifth card waiting to enter is a counted signal, days before it is a missed deadline.
