About IterDone

IterDone is built and operated by Pangloss Technologies, a small software team. We built it because mainstream project tools got heavy enough that teams stopped using them — and quietly went back to a spreadsheet, or a shared doc, or nothing at all.

Why we built it

Every one of these is a real, widely-reported complaint about the project tool teams already pay for. We built IterDone by answering each one directly instead of adding another setting to configure it away.

"Nobody can find anything in it."

One obvious place for every piece of work — Spaces, folders, lists. Open any list and switch between board, table, list, board, table, calendar, timeline and workload with one click — same data, no new place to learn.

"It took us three weeks to roll out."

Productive on day one — Import a CSV, invite the team, start working. No onboarding project, no training sessions, no certification, no consultant.

"We're paying for seats that never log in."

Guests are free — Free guests for clients and contractors who only need one list. Viewers are free. AI credits are a workspace pool, not a per-member surcharge. Paid plans are on the pricing page.

"I've muted it. Everyone has muted it."

Notifications you actually control — Per-channel modes — everything, focused, mentions only, custom, or off — and per-activity switches inside custom. Tune it once and trust your inbox again.

"Getting our data back out was a project of its own."

Your data stays yours — CSV in and CSV out, plus a full-workspace JSON export of everything — tasks, docs, fields, comments. Leaving should be as easy as arriving.

"It's slow, so I keep it closed."

Fast enough to leave open all day — Server-rendered, no heavyweight client app, no install. Each workspace runs in its own isolated database, so your team's speed doesn't depend on anyone else's.

"We track hours in a spreadsheet and copy them over."

A timer on every task — Start it from the task you're doing, stop it when you're done, and see every entry grouped by day on a shared timesheet — no separate app, no copy-paste.

What we believe

Simple beats configurable. A setting for everything means a decision for everyone, every time. We'd rather ship the right default.
Your data is yours. You can get all of it back out, in full, at any time — no support ticket required.
Prices are on the pricing page. Free, Unlimited and Business are listed there. A paid plan starts only after you choose it. Monthly charges are non-refundable; an annual plan can be refunded within 14 days of the first purchase.

Who's behind it

IterDone is a small team inside Pangloss Technologies. We run the product day to day — support, bug fixes, and new features all come from the same small group, which is also why we can answer your email personally instead of routing it through a script.
