Clips

Record a screen clip or a voice memo right from the top toolbar — it uploads automatically into a shared Clips library the whole team can watch.

The Clips library showing a grid of recorded screen and voice clips, each with an inline video or audio player, title, and recording date.

The shared Clips library — every screen and voice recording in the workspace.

What it does

Clips are quick screen or voice recordings you make right from the top toolbar — a screen recording of what you're looking at, with an optional microphone track, or a plain voice memo. They upload automatically and land in a shared workspace Clips library everyone can watch or listen to.

Who needs it

Anyone who'd rather show something than type it out — a bug that only shows up when you click around, feedback that's faster to say than write, a walkthrough for a teammate who's out of sync with a change.

Why use it

A 90-second screen recording often replaces a long typed explanation, and it's captured and shared in about the time it would take to write the first paragraph. No separate recording app, no manual upload.

How it works

Two icons in the top toolbar start a recording: one for a screen recording ("Record a Clip"), one for a voice memo ("Record a voice memo"). Screen recordings capture your entire screen; before you start, you can choose whether to include microphone audio alongside it.

Recording shows a live elapsed-time counter. Stop it when you're done and the clip uploads automatically — you'll see an upload state, then a confirmation with a link straight to the Clips library.

The Clips library lists every clip recorded in the workspace, each playable inline as a video or audio player with its title, recording date, and duration. Anyone in the workspace can watch or listen to any clip; only the person who recorded a clip can delete it.
