The how-to is short on purpose. If migrating took a week, we would not be writing this. Export a CSV from the tool you are on, upload it, and the list exists in IterDone with names, statuses, priorities, assignees and due dates in one pass.
Export
In Asana, open the project, use the export/CSV action, download the file. In ClickUp, export the list or view as CSV the same way. You want task name, status, priority, assignee and due date in the columns. Extra columns are fine; the importer maps what it recognises and ignores the rest.
Import
In IterDone: Admin, Import / Export, CSV list import. Pick the destination list (or let it create one), upload the file, confirm the column mapping. Live progress shows tasks done / total. Re-importing the same CSV duplicates tasks, so do not treat it as a sync — it is a move.
When CSV is not enough
Comments, custom fields, subtasks, time entries and the folder tree need the full-workspace JSON importer. That path is ClickUp-compatible JSON: spaces, folders, lists, statuses, fields, tasks, comments. Matched containers reuse by name instead of duplicating. Turn on overwrite only when the file is the source of truth.
